Change of Focus…
I started this blog in early January 2007. So far, I’ve been writing about whatever topics seem important to me at the time of writing. Not surprising to me, most of my posts have been about the atmospheric sciences, of which I’m a student. Because I would like to develop a more focused blog, I’m going to be changing this from a personal journal type blog to a blog totally focused on news and developments in the atmospheric sciences - including weather prediction, atmospheric electricity, and climate change (or global warming depending on with whom one is talking).
I am setting a goal of posting two atmospheric science related posts every day for the next 30 days. When the end of this 30 day trial ends on March 14th, I will reassess the goals of this blog for the upcoming months. Hopefully, I will find quality topics to blog about, and will feel like continuing down this path. If that is true, I will phase out the old non-atmospheric science posts and categories - such as this one.
My long term goal is to have blogroll links on at least ten different websites by the end of this year.
