The high for today was 61, and the overnight low was a chilly 38.

The ridge of high pressure currently off the West Coast will continue warming the Tucson area until at least Saturday. By Sunday expect a low to inject moisture from the Gulf of California. There’s another chance of precipitation on Sunday, and chances increase on Monday.

The normal temperature range for tomorrow is 42 to 68, with an all-time low of 21 in 1910 and the all-time high of 85 in 1994. Expect higher than normal temperatures while we sit under this ridge. Then cooler temperatures as the low brings some clouds and rain.

Let’s take a look at the three day forecast:

Tomorrow - a high near 80 degrees and sunny, with no chance of precipitation. Overnight lows will be down in the low 50s.
Saturday - a small chance of precipitation and clouds as the low moves our way. High near 70.
Sunday - is our greatest chance for rain. Partly sunny skies with a daytime high near 70 again.
