RIP
The power supply in my desktop finally decided to die after a few years of decline. She was a good box. I’ll miss her.

Why not change out the power supply. It is cheap and easy to do.
I would agree with jbono if the box were less than 5 years old, otherwise you start running out of compatible replacement components as the technology moves on. Of course, like me, you probably have access to a PC graveyard. . .
It’s 6 years old. But I do have a possible replacement in an even older box that has only been turned on in the last 6 years to order a new CPU fan for the newer box. The only reason I would keep it is because it has a TV tuner card in it - I don’t have a real TV. There’s nothing on it that is terribly important, and I can use my newer still laptop for my computing needs. The cost/effort of fixing, while low, are at the point where it may not be worthwhile to do it.
If the TV tuner is ISA you really do have a problem agreed. We have a bunch of data acquisition boards that are ISA and would cost a fortune to replace. . . .rock, hard place
